What if I sent crypto to the wrong address?

Unfortunately, if you sent crypto to the wrong address, mb.io cannot recover it.

Blockchain transactions can't be reversed, canceled, or redirected. If the address you sent to doesn't belong to mb.io or isn't controlled by you, those funds are lost.

To avoid this in the future:

  • Always double-check the deposit address before sending
  • Use the copy button or QR code to avoid typing errors
  • Send a small test amount first if you're depositing a large sum
  • Verify the blockchain network matches

If you sent crypto to the wrong mb.io deposit address (for example, sent BTC to your ETH address), contact support immediately. Recovery is not guaranteed.
