How do I close my account?

To close your mb.io account, contact our support team.

Before closing, make sure to:

Withdraw all funds from your account
Cancel any open orders
Resolve any pending transactions

Once your account is closed, you won't be able to access it or recover any funds left in it. If you have assets remaining, our team will guide you through the withdrawal process before finalizing the closure.
To request account closure:

Open the mb.io app or website
Go to Support
Submit a request to close your account
Our team will confirm and process your request

Account closures are typically completed within 24-48 hours.
