How are trading fees calculated?

Trading fees are calculated as a percentage of the trade volume. The volume-based discount is applied first, followed by any MBG token holding discount on top.

Example: If the raw fee is 100, a 20% volume discount brings it to 80, and a further 10% MBG discount brings it to 72.
