Strategy did something it almost never does: it sold.

Strategy trimmed its Bitcoin holdings by 1,690 BTC to 840,447 BTC, while raising $653 million from share sales to lift its USD reserve to $4.65 billion. For a company whose entire identity has been built on never selling, even a small move is worth noticing.

Fear & Greed sits at 37, cautious but improving. July CPI came in exactly as expected today, 3.4% annually, letting BTC bounce back above $64,000 after an early dip to $63,200. Nothing here forces the Fed's hand either way in September.
